I’m not able to open the Clips app on my iPhone

So when i open this app it says camera and open settings so i did but bo camera go to security then camera then it says and clips what do i do????

iPhone 16 camera fail to record videos or crash when I use the control button I got an iPhone 16 a few days ago, and when i use the camera control button for taking pictures or adjusting anything with my camera it works fine. However, when i press and hold the camera control button to take a video it either doesn’t take a video at all or it takes a video after a couple seconds of delay but then when i stop pressing the button my screen goes black and i’m kicked out of the camera app. Afterwards when I go into photos there are no new videos there.
