App install status after iPhone reset

Hello,

I have installed the app "zscaler" on my iPhone 13 device on 3rd of February 2025, which I can see under "purchase history" but after a month I have factory reset my phone and did not install the software again.

I would like to have a detailed report that the software has not been installed after the factory reset but I can not get such a report. Apple Turkey helpdesk also informed me that this is not possible.

What I want is a log that shows

-zscaler purchased and installed on 3rd of February

-phone factory reset on 10th of April

-zscaler never installed after favctory reset.

Possible?

I assume that you are Turkish and so I'll use Turkish for clear instructions to get a better understanding.

İlk öncelikle App Store üzerinden "Zscaler" diye arattığımda birden fazla o isimle uygulama görünüyor. Uygulamanın tam adı "Zscaler" ise büyük olasılıkla App Store üzerinden uygulama kaldırılmış. Uygulamada kaldırıldıktan sonra sizde önceden yüklü olduğu için kullanmaya devam etmişsiniz.

App Store üzerinden sağ üstte bulunan hesabınızın profil fotoğrafına (profil fotoğrafı yoksa isim ve soyisim baş harfi olarak gözükür) tıklayarak, "Uygulamalar" kısmından arama yaparak kontrol edebilir misiniz?

Eğer uygulama gözükmüyorsa, App Store üzerinden kaldırılmış.
Eğer uygulama gözüküyorsa, bulut ikonuna tıklayarak tekrar indirebilirsiniz.

Yes Im Turkish :) thanks for the answer. The apps full name is “zscaler client connector” and it shows under my profile as purchased because I downloaded in installed it before.

Im gratefull that you want to help me out but that doesnt answer my question. Please check the final part of my message to understand cleary what kind of log I need.

(program 3 şubatta satın alınıp kullanıldı, telefona 10 Nisanda format atıldı, 10 nisandan sonra bu program bu telefona kuruldu mu kurulmadı mı onun bilgisini istiyorum)

The answer to your question is simple. There is no log that is going to give you the information you are looking for. If there is an issue with any problem you are currently experiencing, please provide more information and we may be able to come up with a solution.

Thanks for the reply. As an IT guy, I assume that such logs are hold somehwere but are not accessible publicly..
