App Store crashing touchscreen slow reaction full bar connection but slow

Is anyone having issues with the App Store crashing from day one when purchasing the phone? I had to download for 3 weeks all the apps manually from my iPhone 13 because the 16 was not able to download automatically. My screen sometimes doesn’t react to the touch as it should. I can have full bar connection and can take forever for platforms to fully download such a social media even using Amazon. Also for several hours wouldn’t unload phone screen with facial recognition I had to use manual access all day. Shut it down and back up and was still not working until eventually did. I am an iPhone customer but iPhone 16 is being harsh on me since I got it February 2025. Is anyone having same issues?
