Emergency SOS keeps turning on without permission

It seems everytime I am in town my iPhone goes into satellite mode. I am not sure but I connected one time to the satellite and now my phone wants to stay in sos mode for whatever purpose it has. I have turned off and on my cellular data, restarted iPhone, I went to satellite which says is not available or try demo while it’s showing SOS at top. I am frustrated that I can’t even use my phone in dg, going down the road, walking, just out and about.
