I need severe help my iphone 6splus stoped working so i got an iphone 11 now i am trying to login apple keeps saying they sent code to my mobile number and my old device no code delivers to my sim and my old phone is not working anymore what do i do all my contacts my authenticator app all my passwords is on the icloud someone please help me out.

The “Apple Provided Process” is for you to obtain the code (via voice or SMS) via one of your separate, pre-designated, additional “Trusted Numbers” as described in the previously-linked article under, “Get a text or phone call.”
If these “contingency” Trusted Numbers were either not setup or not accessible, the article also describes how to proceed.
