Call forwarding not showing on Apple Watch Ultra 2

I have a T-Mobile with an iPhone 13 Pro Max and an Apple Watch Ultra 2 and I’ve done a lot of reading and adjusting options and with still no luck. My Apple Watch will not show incoming calls while I’m on the other line with my air pods in or without them in. It’s worked a few times in the last but hardly ever works recently.

anyone else having this issue?
