iPhone 15 camera will not work with iOS 18.5

When I open the phone camera from the camera app or lock screen the image appears as it usually does and then freezes. Sometimes i can take a photo but no photos will appear in my album. I can use the camera function almost as usual in messaging apps, but there’s still a delay. I’ve already power cycled my phone and it hasn’t helped.
