How to generate Home Notification alert

I need to generate a Notification from my Apple Home Hub when a HomeKit monitored device goes offline with a status of “No Resonse.”

Some, but not all, HomeKit devices can be configured to send notifications. For those that can, the only selections are user related (last user leaves) or device activity like open garage door.

I need to know when my switches go off-line and display “No Response” as the status. Is there any way to accomplish this?
