I’m trying to delete my personal voices to create new ones and you can have three and they aren’t showing up for me to delete it them I’ve tried to restart my iPhone and nothing can anyone help me and the. Button is dimmed has anyone faced the issue

Seems others are having issues too, with accessing personal voices:.
A Community member in this other discussion thread says Apple is aware of the problem, and will provide an update, but hasn't set a time-line as yet.
You may want to send helpful feedback, letting Apple know more about how many community members, and which iPhone models and iOS versions, are affected. The more feedback they receive on an issue, the more likely we will see a timely update which addresses it. (If you wish, you could include a link to this discussion thread.)
