Hearing Aid won't pair with new iPhone16.

I upgraded my iPhone 13SE to a 16E and my five year old Costco Kirkland hearing aids will not pair. A few years ago I changed my app to Rexton and it worked fine until now. I’ve tried just about everything suggested. What did you do to make yours work? Thank you.

Rexton support or their help site, did you check to make sure it is compatible with the new iphones?
